Some of you might ask, "how do I know if my BB Cream is authentic or fake if I've bought it online?" Well ok guys, this tumblr sure helped me out a lot. So when I'm buying stuff online I like to check the feedback the seller has received to see if they are reliable etc and if you are buying BB Creams you should take a look at the link I provided because I find it really useful. Hopefully that will help~
This is the BB Cream I ordered. It is the Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream. I have the shade 21 in Light Beige. This is my first Missha product ^_^. The shade isn't too light for my face like I thought it would be and because it's quite high SPF as well but it matches my skin tone and I love the semi matte finish! The coverage is good and it's not too heavy. It feels comfortable on my skin which is good good too lol.
If you know me you know I LOVE BB CREAMS!! I actually don't own that many though. I own two BB Creams from Korea but they aren't from popular brands however they still work well. One of them is actually the number one best selling BB Cream in Korea (as it claims on the box) and it's Esthemed's Magic Plus Blemish Balm. It is supposed to be for all skin types. Like I said I have combination / oily skin lol and I find that you really need to set it with powder otherwise your face, well my face will be really shiny lol. The other one I own is Ms. Violet's Water Drop BB Cream and it's in a pink packaging which makes it really cute lol and being a water drop BB Cream the consistency is very watery but I think I prefer this to Esthemed's. Maybe because it feels lighter on my skin and it's not as thick. However that may be because Esthemed's BB Cream has SPF 50+ and Ms. Violet's only has SPF 25+. Both have their pros and cons but I still like to use them~ Maybe it's a good idea to use Esthemed in the summer to protect my skin from the sun and Ms. Violet's on days where I'm running errands etc.
Aside from BB Creams I've been looking at earrings and I found these spiky earrings from Topshop! The first thing I thought was that they look like the ones Ah Sa (Charlene Choi) wore recently to an event to promote her new movie with Ekin Cheng. ^_^
These are from Topshop, they are called Spike Hoop earrings. I'm not a fan of hoop or dangly earrings lol but I do think they look cool.
And the earring Ah Sa wore to the event event. These are slightly different from the ones above because the one Ah Sa is wearing is where the earring goes around your ear whereas the Topshop earrings you wear how you would wear earrings / studs normally. Hers are also a lot spikier lol. But I love her style! I just found out they're called a "cuff" lol!! My bad
Until next time,
take care
xx
